A Post From Work

Okay, so on my lunch break today someone had me take this test because I'm always talking about what a geek I am, and how nerdy I am, and how my friends and I like to "geek it up" or "nerd around" (sorry, friends). And I love nerds. I'd take Jeff Goldblum over Patrick Swayze ANY day. But apparently (according to this test) I'm only a "Level 0 Geek (wannabe)." That's GHETTO. I AM A FULL-BLOODED GEEK. Well, my purity test score says otherwise I suppose, but have you talked to a Physicist or mathematician lately? 'Cause for the most part, their lives haven't exactly been all Cheetos and Mountain Dew either.

I worked almost ten hours today.

And NO ONE wrote to tell me to fix this thing. So I just uploaded our Halloween party pics to flickr and now I'm going to bed. Granted, there's no way to contact me THROUGH my website right now (I just realized this) but many people (Jon, Alison, etc) should know my other, secret email addresses by heart and should be checking my website every day for updates, despite the fact that before yesterday I hadn't updated it in over a month. Maybe I'll work on it tomorrow, but in the meantime, click my flickr banner and look at our Halloween pictures! And my spider pictures too if you want, but not if you're going to complain about them.

I'm tired, and I'm going to bed.

But I've been making an effort! See! Things look different! Well, in a shitty way, I guess, but whatevs. My old html wasn't "RSS compatible" or something, even though almost all of it was hand-coded by yours truly. But I guess it was a little over complicated. and VERY old school. Anyway, so instead of having to figure out how to do it myself in a newer, fancier, cleaner way, AND try to come up with a new layout (because I never finished making everything blue before because I hated the way it looked) I just used a BLOGGER TEMPLATE. Is that cheating, since technically all of this falls within my major? I guess I don't care, even if it does. AND I've started putting my photos on flickr, like the rest of the world. Anyway, I know most of my pages don't have a link from here yet, but I'll probably fix that after work tomorrow. Depending on how many people email me throughout the day to tell me that they've noticed this post and want me to hurry up and fix things, I might actually finish. If we get home from work at a reasonable time. For now though, I'M GOING TO BED.
